Experts recommend maintaining an active lifestyle, following a healthy sleep routine, using a supportive mattress, and engaging in regular core-strengthening exercises to alleviate morning stiffness and improve spinal mobility.

Diagnosing potential spinal conditions may involve a clinical examination complemented by imaging tests such as X-rays or MRI scans to evaluate spinal alignment, disc health, and nerve involvement. Depending on the specific condition diagnosed, treatment options may include physiotherapy, pain management strategies, and lifestyle adjustments. Addressing these issues promptly can significantly improve quality of life and reduce the risk of long-term spinal complications.
