Is Lady Gaga the New Villain of Wednesday? All Signs Point to Yes

Published on

A new arch-nemesis may be coming for Wednesday Addams. All signs are pointing to Lady Gaga’s mysterious new character being the primary villain of the show’s second season.
The strongest evidence is the new trailer, where her voice delivers the ominous line, “Beware, there will be a price to pay.” This sets up an immediate conflict with Wednesday. Furthermore, her immense star power suggests she’s not playing a minor, friendly character.
Gaga’s casting was confirmed at a promotional event, where she also announced her new single for the show, “The Dead Dance” (out Sept. 3, 2025). Her history of playing powerful, morally ambiguous characters in American Horror Story also supports the villain theory.
While nothing is confirmed, the clues strongly suggest that Lady Gaga will be a formidable antagonist, presenting a challenge unlike any Wednesday has faced before.
